Who is My Neighbor?

Father Bill discusses this week's passage from Luke, and discusses the nature of the question "Who is My Neighbor?" and how we can love our neighbor as ourself.  He discusses the historical context of today's parable, and explains the risk involved in doing the work of Jesus, and why we should help all people and be a neighbor to everyone.
